Open Road Impact offers working capital loans to high-impact organizations to finance short-term, day-to-day operational needs. Our goal is to support sustainable growth by providing flexible financing for inventory, receivables, payroll, and seasonal cash flow gaps.
Open Road’s working capital loans are for companies with at least 3 years of operating track record who are growing revenues and margins on a consistent basis. Only companies with audited financials and expected to generate positive operating cash flows for debt service in the next 12 months are eligible to apply.
Funding Your Cash Conversion Cycle
Eligibility
- Minimum of $2.5M in annual revenue
- At least one year of audited financials
- Operating cash flows sufficient for debt service (according to amortization schedule)
- Loan amount less than or equal to 10% of annual revenues
Open Road Loan
Terms
- Amount: $250K – $1M
- Tenor: 9-24 Months
- Interest rate: 8-15% p.a.
- Availability Period: Up to 3 months
- Amortization: Monthly/quarterly
- Fees: 1-2% origination + legal
Application Process
Our diligence and decision-making process for working capital loans typically takes ten to twelve weeks.
1. Inquiry Submission
The process begins when you submit an inquiry through our website.
2. Initial Review
A member of our Investments Team will review the submitted inquiry and determine eligibility.
3. Data Room Access
Potential borrowers will be invited to share their data room with our Investments Team
4. Initial Call
We will schedule an initial conversation to learn more about your situation and continue diligence.
5. Impact Call
Prior to final IC, each potential borrower joins the Investment Committee for a dedicated Impact Call to understand the deal's impact merits & risks.
6. Final Call & Decision
Open Road's Investment Committee meets and provides feedback within 48 hours.
